Reviews for One Of A Kind Pros

Very professional and I would definitely recommend this service.

These guys are GREAT! They are responsive, professional, do great work, and most importantly they communicate with you. They tell when they are coming a day or two before, they call when they are on the way, they explain what they are going to do for you, offer you options for your needs, and then do great work! Can't ask for anything more than that!!!!!

Umar was on time first of all. Communicated the services he would be performing and explained what it should look like after the services. Me and my wife would use this business again as long as they employ people like Umar.

very good job cleaning our living room carpet. They were very courteous & professional. Definitely would use them again!

The young man who completed my service was very professional and cordial. He also arrived early! I did have an issue with the cleaning BUT, THE OWNER, came out to correct it himself. He was also VERY professional. He took time to explain what happened with the areas of concern and fixed it HIMSELF. I now have a clean and fresh smelling carpet. You should definitely give them a chance to take care of your home

Very prompt, professional, and got the job done. The carpet looks great. Thank you!

I’ve been using another company for a couple years, never satisfied. I should have switched sooner. Great experience with this company and will/would recommend to family and everyone!

Absolutely the best experience. I’ve used another carpet cleaner in the past and I should have switched sooner. Every stain is gone, no smell, very professional and let me know all the steps before beginning. Highly highly recommend this company. I’ll be using them on future cleanings!

I hired this company to clean a sectional and I was very pleased with the results. They were extremely professional and prompt. Communication was great. The tech was well educated on fabrics and cleaning techniques. He went over a few troublesome spots multiple times to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I’ll definitely hire this company again in the future.
