I hired this company to clean a sectional and I was very pleased with the results. They were extremely professional and prompt. Communication was great. The tech was well educated on fabrics and cleaning techniques. He went over a few troublesome spots multiple times to make sure I was 100% satisfied. The technician Umar was polite and very professional. He did an exceptional job cleaning my carpet. When he was done my carpet looked and smelled better than ever. Before the cleaning I was thinking I was going to have to replace it soon, but now I think I will be able to get another few years of use out of it. Very satisfied customer.

UPDATED: We just bought a house with the entire upstairs carpeted. We knew the previous owner had a dog, but when we got the home, there was no smell. We booked this company to come out and sanitize the carpets just to make sure it was clean for our kids to play around on. I assume because of the dog from the previous owner, the moisture and heat from the cleaning brought up a sort of wet mop smell that engulfed the whole house. I posted a review, but left it at that since I was not present for the cleaning. Not even a day after the review was posted, the owner of the company called to see what happened and offered to come back and fix the issue. They came back in less than a week and went above and beyond to fix it. The carpets look, feel, and smell amazing now. Once he was done, the owner took us both upstairs and showed us each of the rooms and made sure we were happy with everything before he left. They look really good now, the smell is taken care of, and he was very thorough with explaining that happened, what they did to fix it, and what to expect with drying and afterwards. I can't even put words to how happy I am with the customer service. There was never, ever an issue with talking to them, even after the original unsatisfied review. The workers and the owner were all very respectful and responsive. This company probably has the best customer service I've experienced in years. I'm very very happy now and will recommend them to everyone.

They cleaned 2 pieces of white furniture which was over 25 years old and was never cleaned before. GREAT JOB. I am sure they will use me in advertising it was a miracle truly. Thank you guys!!

He was able to schedule a same day appointment and the Technician Omar showed up early and did an amazing job! Hats off to One of a Kind Pros and their team on a job well done! Amazing work! I started to think I could clean my own carpets but gave in and hired this team.
