This company is AMAZING!!! From my initial call to explain my carpet stain crisis to point of service this company was EXCELLENT! I have been WAY over paying another company for years and I have never experienced the cleaning difference, didn’t realize there was a difference until I found One of A Kind. Also, the young man who came to clean the carpet really caught me off guard with his manners, diligence and pride in his work. He spoke highly of the owner of the company…another surprise these days! Edit: I used them again recently to clean an armchair that our cat peed on. The guys that came were so professional about it, didn’t act disgusted or make me feel uncomfortable, and treated the issue very seriously. And my chair smells good as new!!
