Initially, I felt weird when I booked the cleaning through Google. But I got a call back within just a few minutes. It was a short consultation about what I needed done that ended with a quote. The tech got here right on time. He was extremely professional as he toured my home while clearly explaining the process, then confirmed the quote. He got right to work. It took about an hour to complete. My carpet looks amazing. I highly recommend their services. All interactions were extremely courteous and highly professional.

Great experience with One of a Kind Pros. Every step of the way was seamless and professional. I was able to get a quote and schedule a time for the service in just a few minutes and they worked to find a time that was convenient for me. The morning of the service I received a text when the technician was on the way and received great communication throughout. I got the carpet cleaning service with pet stain & odor removal and it looks like a brand new carpet. We had pet stains that had settled in and we had no hope of getting them out on our own. One of a Kind Pros made it look easy. :) very happy overall and would recommend this service to anyone.

We had a great experience with One of a Kind Pros. We recently laid new carpet and our dog decided to mark his territory all over a couple of rooms. Umar, our technician, did an amazing job cleaning the carpet and making it look and smell new again. He was extremely polite and courteous. I would absolutely recommend!
