We used them to clean 3 carpeted bedrooms, a hallway and stairs plus clean/seal our tile and grout in our kitchen area. They were very professional and friendly, honest and reasonable with the pricing, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

I used One of a Kind pros to clean my carpet, sofa and love seat! James did a wonderful job! My couches look brand new and he managed to get red stains out of my carpet in two rooms! James was also very patient, kind, helpful, attentive and professional. Overall I am very impressed and definitely would recommend them!

They do such an amazing job and are always quick to come in the case of an emergency having young kids and pets. They’ve gotten every stain out of every carpet ever cleaned from make up, candy, throw up and dog accidents. Professional and so nice, we highly recommend One of a Kind Pro!!

I had my carpet stretched. They arrived on time and notified me when they were on the way. The two young men were very polite and professional. They explained what they were doing to my carpet and then gave me the opportunity to look it over to make sure I was satisfied . Keep up the great work!

I called One Of A Kind Pros to get a quote for furniture cleaning. James asked me to send pictures which I did. He called me back within half an hour with a quote, which was much lower than another quote I had received. I made an appointment for the next week and they arrived right on time. The two guys were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They got the job done in a timely manner, and told me if I had any questions or concerns after they left, please call them and let them know. The next morning after the furniture had completely dried I noticed two areas that needed additional work. I called and sent pictures of the areas and someone came out that same day and redid the two areas I was concerned about. My furniture looks almost new now, and I am very pleased with this company, the employees. the friendliness and the willingness to do all they can to get the job done to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them for furniture cleaning and plan to have my carpets cleaned by them in the future.
