One of A Kind came out the same day, Cleaned my carpets & cleaned the pet stains. They left my carpet smelling refreshed and looking like new 👍 Great Job!

I called One Of A Kind Pros to get a quote for furniture cleaning. James asked me to send pictures which I did. He called me back within half an hour with a quote, which was much lower than another quote I had received. I made an appointment for the next week and they arrived right on time. The two guys were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They got the job done in a timely manner, and told me if I had any questions or concerns after they left, please call them and let them know. The next morning after the furniture had completely dried I noticed two areas that needed additional work. I called and sent pictures of the areas and someone came out that same day and redid the two areas I was concerned about. My furniture looks almost new now, and I am very pleased with this company, the employees. the friendliness and the willingness to do all they can to get the job done to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them for furniture cleaning and plan to have my carpets cleaned by them in the future.

Very professional, James and Emar were very courteous and polite . They explained services and process very thoroughly. I used them to clean my carpets and couches . All Stains were removed and my carpet and couches look great . I will definitely be using them again .

Best experience I’ve had with any company in a long time. They were fast, did an outstanding job, and were very polite. Honestly I don’t leave reviews but I was so impressed and pleased that it needed to be done. I hope to not need them for a while but can’t wait to do business with them again when I do.
