Excellent customer service! James took time to explain the process to us and made sure to any all of our questions prior to the start of cleaning our carpet and at the end. Our carpet looks brand new again. We will definitely use One of a Kind pros for our future needs!

I called One of A Kind Pros to get a quote for deep carpet and tile cleaning on a home that we are getting ready to list for sale. From the first phone call, I immediately knew I would be very satisfied. The quoting process was easy and got me scheduled fast. I was unsure of my measurements, but upon arrival they measured to adjust my quote! Amazing, as I had overestimated and my final costs were lower than the original estimate. This alone will tell you the integrity and professionalism of this company. They care about their customers and their work. Alex was extremely communicative, arrived on time and got done quickly. The work done was excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get any sort of floor cleaning done.

We are VERY happy with the quality of service from One of a Kind Pros. James and Omar were absolutely wonderful. Our 50lb doodle had an upset stomach one morning and didn’t quite make it to the backdoor. However she did manage to make it all over our pottery barn living room rug (hah)…….the day before my daughter’s birthday party. I looked up several companies online and One of a Kind Pros stood out to me from the get go. Not only do they have 5 star reviews right and left, but the amount of people raving about the quality of service gave me confidence when handling this stressful situation. One of a Kind Pros was quick to respond. They helped us figure out the type of cleaning our rug needed. There was a very slight error regarding the price quoted…..BUT One of a kind pro’s caught the error immediately, got in touch with us, and gave us more than we would have ever asked for or expected. The level of service with one of a kind pros is absolutely IMPECCABLE. I would trust this company to handle any and all of my rug cleaning FOREVER. I hope I don’t end up in this situation frequently (hah), BUT…. if I do, I will always use One of a Kind Pros and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing their services.

The technician came and conquered! He let me know when to expect him, he was prompt, polite, and professional. He did a great job (carpets look and smell great!) and was very thoughtful and attentive in having to do this in the pouring rain. I could not be happier with the service and will absolutely be using you all on a regular basis. The price was very fair, too. We’ll done!

This company’s service far exceeds a 5 star rating. Very professional, punctual, thorough and reasonable. They did an outstanding job cleaning and treating my living room furniture. The gentleman was extremely cordial, knowledgeable as well as taking extra measures getting stains out and educating me on my upholstery’s maintenance. Should have taken before and after pictures. I highly recommend this company!

I called them Saturday night, and they were there Monday morning! These guys did a fantastic job!

We had a giant wine stain in our family room and there are no signs of it whatsoever after the carpet cleaning. We are so happy with the results! We also had a hallway and an additional room done that had pet stains and they were able to completely remove the stains and the odor. We are extremely satisfied with the results. The technician that also came out was extremely informative and very nice. The cost was also very reasonable. Highly recommended
