He was able to schedule a same day appointment and the Technician Omar showed up early and did an amazing job! Hats off to One of a Kind Pros and their team on a job well done! Amazing work! I started to think I could clean my own carpets but gave in and hired this team. After seeing their work, I will never (ever, ever, never) think about doing my own carpets again :-) James and team were extremely responsive and the service was excellent. I had a fantastic experience with One Of A Kind Pros. I scheduled on line (which was easy). Someone called and confirmed on a Sunday afternoon. The day of the service, the tech was running an hour early and called to ask if he could start ahead of time. He was professional, courteous, and the carpets look great! I'm a realtor who was having a clients home final cleaned. It looks great. I will definitely be using them again.
