James (owner) was able to schedule me in for a quick early morning appointment on a Saturday with minimal notice. Aaron (tech) showed up right on time and got to work after a quick inspection and gave a quick assessment. He was also able to add-on couple of rugs that I had after arrival for a very competitive price. Aaron was very thorough and paid extra attention to heavy traffic (read: more soiled) areas.

The guys at Infinity Carpets Care were great! Good communication throughout the process from initial contact to finishing the job. They cleaned my sofa after a move and it looks brand new! I am very pleased by the service.

Please let me explain the ratings of all "5s". I have to give it to these two guys. I was two hours late with the closing on my home and running around. They continued to call me and they actually waited the entire two hours. Not only did they patiently wait, but I am SO SATISFIED WITH THEIR QUALITY OF WORK.. My carpet looks brand new and the pet urine stains and black marks look awesome. I would recommend these guys to everyone I know. Thanks James O and team!!!

I am very happy with the service James provided. Even on a rainy 4th of July my apartment was taken care of. Very professional and on time. I even received a email of my receipt after paying cash. My carpet looks like new and smells great!
