I’ve had the pleasure of working with this company multiple times over the years, and my clients have also utilized their services with great satisfaction. They are consistently reliable and deliver outstanding results. I’ve had my carpets, couches, and an 8x10 rug cleaned, and the difference in quality is clear when compared to DIY options like renting a Rug Doctor. The cleaning results are far superior, with stains and dirt removed that I couldn’t tackle on my own. After having my carpets cleaned, the entire home feels fresher, and the air quality has noticeably improved. While the team is happy to move larger items, I highly recommend clearing as much as you can beforehand to make the process smoother and more efficient for everyone. This is the second time I use One of a Kind Pros. The first time I used them, I was very impressed with James from One of a Kind. When I called, I explained that a tenant had just moved out; the carpet was full of stains and we had a partially wet carpet from a water leak. James quickly advised me what to do to start drying out the wet carpet. Then we set up the appointment. Unfortunately, the water was turned off by the City and James worked with me to schedule and reschedule the appointment when the City failed to turn it on when promised. When they cleaned the carpet, they managed to get all of the stains out and left the carpet looking new. Thanks, One of a Kind Pros - great service!! This second time, the service again was timely, carpet was left spotless- great job, Omar!! Only company I will be using in the future.

We got our offices cleaned and everything went so smoothly: from the initial phone call to set up the appointment, the courtesy call to say someone was on the way, covering the hardwood floors to prevent damage, to the completion of the job. Everyone loved how clean their offices were and the whole place smelled clean, but not with overpowering fragrance. I would definitely use them for all future cleanings and I would get the office cleaned more often because the process was so easy and the staff was professional. I did NOT have to worry about any kind of upselling of products or having to listen to gimmicky things about "you have pets?", "you spilled something here that will cost more", "how many closets do you have b/c that will be extra", etc. Nobody did any of that at all during the whole process. I had our offices cleaned today and I am so happy I decided to try someone else other than Sears. I called 2 days ago to book an appointment. James, a real person, picked up the phone on the 2nd ring, gave him approximate square footage, he quoted me right away, didn't try to tack on any extra costs, explained what to expect (steam cleaning, which is exactly what I wanted), told me a time frame and told me they'd call when they're 30 minutes away, and sent me a confirmation email. I called on Thursday and the cleaning was done Saturday morning - 2 days later. Amazing. I thought I was just going to get a quote and shop around, but i felt like the price was better than others I've used, so I went ahead and booked it. Umar came to do the cleaning. He was professional, respectful, and a genuinely nice guy. He told me post cleaning instructions, wiped up water from the hardwood floors, asked me to check the work, and the carpets looked new! I will definitely use them for my home and future office cleanings. It was an overall fantastic experience. No wonder they have so many good reviews. What an awesome team. Oh, and their truck was clean too!
